2011 is going to be the most successful year for Ferrari after the global crisis. Company managed to make $2 billion profit the first time in its history.
A number of 7,200 cars were produced in 2011; it’s 10% higher than the year before, when only 6,500 cars were issued. The greatest customers are still the USA, China, Germany and Britain. Ferrari’s director is satisfied by this result, as he said. He said they had to work hard because of the global crisis and economic difficulties, but they achieved great results. Ferrari is optimistic about the future – they are going to spend a great amount of money on new technologies, such as V12 powered car announced to appear on Geneva Motor Show. Progress is noticeable throughout” even Ferrari’s museum was visited by a record number of people in 2011.
